There are few days when I don't drink Celestial Seasonings fruity herbal teas. By definition, the herbal teas I drink are tisane because they have no tea leaves in them. The ingredients may be flowers, roots, pieces of fruit and leaves from a variety of plants. There is no caffeine, artificial ingredients or calories in my tasty brew.

My favorites are country peach passion, tangerine orange zinger, and true blueberry. Sometimes I mix the flavors. For example, I have combined two cranberry apple zinger bags with two raspberry zinger bags. I never add sugar or artificial sweeteners. If you want to sweeten your beverage, add 1-2 tablespoons of fruit juice. For breakfast, I drink a glass of equal amounts of tisane and fruit juice.

If time is limited, I put four bags into a pitcher of water to make sun tea. I prefer following the box directions of boiling water and steeping.

I always have a Kup Kollar (cup wrap) on my glass so I don't leave puddles around the house from the precipitation on the glass!
