Cup sleeves or wraps gift ideas

Mother’s Day, graduations, weddings, showers, and Father’s Day are fast approaching! Think of the person you’re giving a gift to and match a Kup Kollar to their interests. In the photo we have gift ideas for coffee lovers, golfers, and Red Hats ladies.

Michelle from Pennsylvania shared her gift idea:

“The way the “You Go Girl” gift was presented was in a disposable take-out cup from a local coffee shop with the Kup Kollar around it. I tied a coffee ornament to the outside along with a pewter angel clip that said “Travel safely my friend”. Inside the cup, I included a TIDE pen, gift cards from favorite coffee shops in our area, a birthstone key ring and hand sanitizer. My friends absolutely loved the Kup Kollars!”

recyclable cup sleeve wrap

Tea drinkers know that holding a paper take-out cup filled with hot tea is very uncomfortable if not impossible. Staff, serving at coffee and tea shops, double cup to protect customers’ hands. Sometimes a cardboard wrap is slipped on the two cups. If you use an insulated recyclable cup sleeve to protect your hands, you add only one paper cup to the planet’s garbage pile instead of two cups and a cardboard wrap.

If your favorite tea or coffee shop allows you to use your own mug, you have no paper cups to add to the garbage pile.

Recycle Kup Kollar cup sleeve

Earth Day promotes awareness and appreciation for our planet. It’s a day to ask what you can do to help protect your environment. By using a recyclable cup sleeve, you save trees and don’t add to our huge landfills. Wrapping napkins around take-out cups or using a cardboard wrap doesn’t have the same effect. If you tell your friends about recyclable cup wraps, you help even more to protect our planet.

From Jennifer in Wisconsin: “Thank you! The cup wrap I ordered is a gift for my boyfriend and he will love them.  He hates the fact of wasting paper coffee sleeves and how many trees get chopped down to make them so it is the perfect gift!”

If you use coffee cozies, tea cosies, and cup lids to keep your drinks hot, you won’t have to keep reheating your drinks. That means you save electricity.

Kup Kollar Koffee Kozee

Put Thinsulate insulated coffee or tea cozies on your pitchers of iced drinks and cup sleeves on your cold glasses. The ice cubes won’t melt as fast. You save water because you won’t have to add ice to keep your drinks cold.

Using an  insulated wrap on pints of ice-cream save trees because you won’t wrap paper towels around the carton to protect your fingers from the cold!

Spicy German Mustard in Cuisinart blender with coffee cozy

coffee cozy Cuisinart SmartPower Duet blender/food processor

After I told Perry we needed to buy more brown mustard for his cheese snacks, he recalled his German grandma used to make spicy German mustard when he was a little boy. I searched online for recipes so I could surprise him.

I found a great spicy German mustard recipe. After following the easy directions, I poured the mixture and vinegar into my Cuisinart SmartPower Duet blender, where it needed to sit for 24 hours before blending. I put the lid on the blender, but it didn’t stop the pungent odor of vinegar from filling the kitchen. I set my little gray cells to work trying to solve the problem. I thought of my coffee cozy for our French press, put it over the blender, and stopped the vinegar smell!

Perry loved the mustard! He uses it with cheese and crackers, breakfast egg sandwiches, and salad dressings. I’ve added the recipe to my book of favorites!
