MoZaic Restaurant at the Inn at Palmer Divide in Colorado
We invited our friends in from Texas to join us for lunch at MoZaic Restaurant at the Inn at Palmer Divide because it’s one of the best fine dining restaurants in Colorado! To quote the owners, “MoZaic Restaurant offers a fusion of international flavors to welcome a colorful blend of food & friends.”
Chefs prepare fresh soup every day. We enjoyed a delicious bowl of rich, creamy soup with potato chunks and corn floating in herbs and spices. Because it was October, I used my Halloween Kup Kollar (cup sleeve) to keep the cold in my glass and off my hands!
Hugh, Irene, Mary and Perry are sitting at one of the comfortable tables waiting for the next course. We always enjoy attentive service and a sincere friendliness by the staff.
Perry ordered hand-cut grilled rib eye steak served open faced on grilled sourdough bread and smothered in sautéed onions, mushrooms and a 3 pepper demi-glace. The steak was cooked to perfection!
Hugh loved his mesquite-smoked turkey, avocado "mayo," grilled tomatoes and Swiss Emmenthaler cheese Panini bread sandwich with three “pepper” salad. When he wasn’t eating, Hugh was shooting photos for my blog!
