2. Print the form by clicking on the printer icon on your browser toolbar.
3. Select each product you want from our Web site.
4. Follow the example on the form to write in the required product information for each item you want.
5. If the item is on sale on our website, enter the sale price on the order form instead of the prices listed on the form.
6. Fill in your name, address, and other information to complete the form (don't forget shipping and handling charges).
7. Mail the order with your check or money order.
